How can you tell whether a person simply has a runny nose or if he's snorting cocaine?
Are there obvious signs? I talked to a friend today I haven't seen in a long time. He was deeply sniffing his nose from time to time. Could he be doing coke or meth?he seemed depressed too. First thing he asked me was " How's life." I'm worried. What can I do?

A friend of mine recently lost a lot of weight and we discovered shes been doing cocaine. People say that when you do cocaine you don't eat and that's how people lose weight. The thing is, she eats. How is it that shes lost so much weight from it if she's still consuming food?

Someone once told me the process of what cocaine does to your body and why it is addictive.So when a person consumes cocaine, it immediately goes to the brain. Apparently, the brain has some hormone possibly endorphins that it stores and it is continuously being produced but does have limited quantity. Whenever you get excited, orgasm, feel happiness, this hormone is released in proportionate quantities if you win the National Football Championship a lot will release whereas if you eat food that you enjoy a little will release . Apparently, cocaine will empty the entire supply of this hormone giving you a euphoria unlike any other. The trade off of course, would be that once all the hormone supply is drained, well, you crash because there is nothing to give you a sense of happiness anymore since your hormone supply regenerates at a slow rate. This is where addiction comes in. People will become addicted because they feel like the only way to be happy or feel good emotions is to use cocaine.Is this the way it works? I've googled cocaine and i haven't gotten an answer like this but I feel like this sounds very reasonable and believable. I do want to know the real answer though, so can someone give it to me?

Taking cocaine while having multiple sclerosis?
My sister was diagnosed with MS a few years ago but she still goes out drinking most weekends & a lot of the time will end up taking cocaine. So last night I was curious and decided to try cocaine because I wanted to see what it felt like. I am not a drug addict or anything, I was mainly just curious. I know it is bad for you and addicting but I have very good self control, so if you are just going to say not to do it and to stay away from drugs, please don't waste your time. But my friend and I bought a gram. I had 3 4 of a gram, my friend who had a lot of cocaine experience about 2 years ago had the other 1 4. I decided to take it slow and blow one small line and see how i felt in 5 min. I felt nothing, so I continued this upping the size of my lines and blowing them more consecuatively until I blew it all within a half hour. I felt nothing really, maybe like I had drank a few expresso shots for about 5 min but my whole face and tounge was numb. My friend said that he was rocked off of a few small lines, and looked like he was. I know the coke was of good quality, because one of my best friends sold it to me and wouldn't rip me off, and my other friend who took it with me has used it many times. Can some people just not be affected by it or have a higher genetic tolarance fyi my birth father was addicted to it ?

But how do you tell if they're addicted to them?Also how would you know if you someone else is addicted to cocaine. It's possible to do drugs without getting addicted to them so how do you tell if you someone is doing them for fun or is in denial and really are addicted?I'm not asking how to tell if someone DOES drugs. I know this certain person is doing them. But how to tell if someone is really addicted to them? Just trying to make the question clear Amice I don't need info about other drugs.
